NIXEO is a brand of Leviathan Luxuries LLC ("NIXEO," "we," "us," or "our"), which owns the NIXEO trademark. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nixeo.shop (the "Site") and any purchase of products from NIXEO. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

NIXEO products are intended for adults age 21 and over. By purchasing from NIXEO, you represent that you are at least 21 years old. We may use age-verification measures at checkout and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we cannot confirm eligibility.

Product Information

NIXEO's Electronic Botanical Diffuser and Smokeless Inhaler are botanical aroma products. They contain 0% nicotine. NIXEO products are not e-cigarettes, are not smoking-cessation products, are not medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Product descriptions and images are for reference; actual packaging may vary slightly.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or eligibility concerns. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
