FAQ
Straight answers about NIXEO's Electronic Botanical Diffuser and Smokeless Inhaler — what's in them, how they work, and what to expect.
Product Basics
Does NIXEO contain nicotine?
No. Every NIXEO product is 0% nicotine, always. There is no nicotine anywhere in our formulations.
Does NIXEO contain tobacco, THC, or CBD?
No. NIXEO contains none of these. Our COOL RUSH blend is built entirely from botanical ingredients: Mullein, Thyme, Peppermint, and Menthol.
Is NIXEO an e-cigarette or a smoking-cessation product?
No. NIXEO is not an e-cigarette, a smoking-cessation product, or a medical device of any kind — it's a botanical aroma product, made for the ritual and the experience. If you're looking for help quitting nicotine or tobacco, please talk to a doctor or a licensed cessation program; NIXEO isn't designed or intended for that purpose.
What's actually in the COOL RUSH blend?
Mullein, Thyme, Peppermint, and Menthol — an icy, botanical profile designed to feel clean and cooling.
How It Works
What's the difference between the Electronic Botanical Diffuser and the Smokeless Inhaler?
The Electronic Botanical Diffuser is a capped, non-rechargeable device that releases NIXEO's botanical blend in a light, aromatic draw — 0% nicotine, no tobacco. The Smokeless Inhaler is completely non-electronic: no battery, no heat, no vapor — just a compact, portable way to carry your NIXEO ritual with you.
Do I need to charge the Diffuser?
No. It's non-rechargeable and ready to use straight out of the box — no charging, no batteries to swap.
Is the Smokeless Inhaler really smokeless?
Yes. There's no combustion, no heat, and no vapor cloud — it's a purely non-electronic way to enjoy the NIXEO botanical blend on the go.
Ingredients & Testing
What ingredients are in NIXEO products?
Our COOL RUSH blend uses Mullein, Thyme, Peppermint, and Menthol. A full ingredient breakdown will be published on our Ingredients & Testing page.
Is NIXEO lab tested?
We're finalizing independent third-party lab testing and will publish full results here as soon as they're available. We won't make a testing claim before we can back it up.
Is NIXEO packaging recyclable?
We're designing NIXEO's packaging with recyclability in mind wherever it's technically accurate to do so. Check your specific packaging and local recycling guidelines for the most accurate disposal information.
Age & Compliance
Do I need to be 21 or older to buy NIXEO?
Yes. NIXEO products are restricted to customers 21 and older, verified at checkout and via an age gate on our site.
Why is there an age restriction if there's no nicotine?
Even without nicotine, we hold ourselves to the same responsible age standard as the broader aroma/vapor category. NIXEO is made for adults who want a better ritual — not to introduce anyone to a new habit.
Giving Back
Does NIXEO plant a tree with every order?
Yes. Every NIXEO order plants a real tree, through our partnership with Treepoints. It's a small step — but a real, verifiable one — on every single purchase, not a vague promise.
How does the tree-planting program work?
We fund one tree per order directly through Treepoints, a dedicated tree-planting platform. You don't need to do anything extra — it happens automatically when you check out.
